kathrin blikisdorf

Kathrin is a Swiss designer and artist based in London.

Her practice focuses on creating moments of joy and enriching the experience of spaces through a bold use of colour, craft and form.

Her multidisciplinary outcomes span from CMF and spatial design (shows, shop displays, showrooms), product and furniture design to print and artistic outputs (installations, 3D artworks).

After studying industrial design at the Arts School in Basel, she gained experience with the holistic design process at FREITAG lab in Zürich. Moving on to London she joined the contemporary furniture producer VG&P Ltd, where she has deepened her knowledge in furniture design, spatial design, leading projects and got a profound understanding of production processes.

In 2022 she set up her own practice where she focuses on developing her own products, holding creative workshops, pursuing her artistic passions and working freelance (currently for On Running Shoes).
