Return Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
You have the right to return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible:Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging Proof of purchase is required

2. Exceptions (Important)
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or made-to-order products (e.g. self-produced artwork, made-to-order prints) Digital downloads (if applicable) Items damaged due to misuse Sale items (only regular priced items may be refunded)

3. Your Right to Cancel (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
Once you notify us, you have a further 14 days to return the item.

4. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless required by law)
We recommend using a tracked shipping service
For higher-value items, consider purchasing shipping insurance
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery Include photos of the issue We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible

9. Exchanges
If you are requesting an exchange, please note:
Delivery times for replacement items may vary depending on your location We will process exchanges once the original item has been received and approved
